This is currently able to be done through the Outlook app.
- Open Outlook
- Click on File, and click on the tab “Open & Exports” under “Info".
- Click on the tab that says “Other User’s Folder”.
- On the small window that comes up you have two options:
- Clicking on the “Name” box lets you look for the email of the mailbox through the address books.
- Typing into the search bar lets you type the email that pertains to the mailbox you are searching for.
- Clicking on the “Name” box lets you look for the email of the mailbox through the address books.
- Keep the Folder type as Inbox, then click on "OK" to add the mailbox to your account.
