If you do not have your access code, please open a ticket sending an email to supportticket@fnu.edu and we are going to create a default password for you. 

 

Dial *17 from your extension. Some Avaya telephones have a dedicated voicemail key (Message) which can also be used to access your mailbox (Button inside the red circle). 




Welcome Message: " Welcome to IP Office. For help at any time Press *4 ". 

 

1.  You need to Press *4 to enter to the extended Menu. 

 

2. Using your telephone keypad, enter the extension number followed by # sign, or # sign if you are in your extension. After that enter the current password followed by # sign


3. You will hear a prompt with a three menu options, you need to Press * 4

 

4. After that you are going to enter to the extended Menu. In order to Change your password Press 5

 

5. To change your password, Press 4 (The password couldn’t be the same to the last one you had). 

 

     a) Enter new password follow by # sign.  

     b) Repeat the password again follow by # sign. 

 

 

6. After that you are going to hear “Changed”, confirming that you successful changed your password.   

 

7. After that you can hang up the call.
