If you need to Listen in on another extension here are the steps.

Prerequisites;

1. You need to be in the the Avaya System Group "MonitorAdms" to be allowed to listen.
2. The user that you would like to Listen to needs to be in the group "MonitorGrp" in the Avaya System Group

Steps to Listen to another extension.

1. Click the Right Arrow on the phone twice.
2. 
3. Then Push the Call Listen button.
4. 
5. Then enter the extension that you want to Listen too and press done.
6. 
7. When completed you can hang up the line to stop listening to the extension.
